Getting Started with Roomex
Your platform is ready to go! To get you started, here are a few tips to help you save time and money on your travel booking

Bookings
Bookings can be made, managed, changed or cancelled in your Roomex platform. Make a booking on the homepage of your company’s platform, and filter by star ratings, price, and free cancellation to refine your results. You can also use workforce-specific filters like secure parking if you will be traveling with expensive equipment. To speed up the process, you can also use your frequent hotels
and locations in the drop-down menus.
Navigate to the Bookings tab to make changes (like changing the traveller name on a booking) or cancellations. For detailed or complicated changes, click the chat button to speak to our Support team.

Got a booking for 9+ people? Planning a stay for over 2 weeks? Need some help finding the right accommodation for a project? Our specialist Projects & Meetings team are on hand to source, negotiate, contract, and book accommodation packages for you. Find the group booking form under the ‘Bookings’ tab on your platform now!
Add a RoomexPay Card
On the final page before processing your Hotel booking, you will have the option to add an Allowance to your Hotel booking. (If no allowance is required select None)

Trainline with Roomex
Go to the following Trainline with Roomex business site and take the below steps – Signup
We’ve set up a business account with Trainline. Once registered as an account user you can check train times or buy your tickets online, 24 hours a day, 7 Days a week.
Registration is quick and easy taking the following steps:
- Click the link ‘Logon to Trainline with Roomex’ below
- Go to New Users – Sign up to your company’s account
- Enter your email address and Business ID (shown on your Welcome Email)
- Click Sign up
